Support

Support and documentation

Technical support, controlled documents and training for Verid Bio partners and distributors — with a named contact, defined response times and a tracked document release process.

What support covers

From the first sample kit to a running production line

Support is written into the agreement, not left to goodwill. Before signature you know the response times, the document set you will receive and how changes reach you. After signature you keep the same team — the engineer who answered your evaluation questions is the one who answers when the line is running. Our scope is the supplied components and the assembly process we hand over; your registration, your brand and your commercial decisions stay with you.

  • Before Sample kit evaluation, regulatory route confirmation and documentation summaries
  • During Assembly training, in-process checklists and on-site enablement for your team
  • After Change notifications, quarterly refreshers and stock support for active partners

How it works

Getting documents and certificates

STEP 01

Send your request

Email contact@verid.bio from your company domain, with the company and contact name in the agreement.

STEP 02

NDA and scope check

We confirm the document scope covered by your agreement. Controlled documents need a signed NDA on file.

STEP 03

Controlled release

Current revisions are released through a tracked share with revision numbers and an effective date.

STEP 04

Change notifications

Active partners are notified whenever a released document changes, with a summary of what changed.

FAQ

Support questions we get most

Who do I contact first if a kit does not behave as expected?
Write to contact@verid.bio with the kit batch number, the assembly step and the observed result. Include photos or the raw sensor trace if you have them — that is usually enough for us to triage in one exchange.
Are the IFU and V&V reports available before we sign?
Summary documentation is shared during evaluation. Full controlled documents — IFU, V&V reports, quality certificates — are released after the NDA and agreement are in place.
Do you support local registration filings?
Yes. We provide the technical documentation your registration file needs, and we answer authority questions that concern the supplied components. The filing itself is held in your name as the local manufacturer.
How is training delivered?
Initial enablement is on site or online, followed by a documented handover of SOPs and in-process checklists. Quarterly refreshers keep the line current with any released change.
What spare parts are kept in stock?
Active partners have access to replacement kits, applicator components and consumables from stock. Exact coverage and lead time are written into the supply section of your agreement.
Can we integrate the data into our own platform?
Yes — through API or SDK access with integration guidance. We will confirm what data fields are exposed under your agreement before any development work starts.
