Become the CGM partner in your market.
We select one flagship distribution partner per market across Latin America, MENA, Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Exclusive territory, full commercial enablement, and a platform that is already shipping — not a category you have to create from zero.
A platform, not just a product.
A CGM line is not a box you put on a shelf. It needs clinical evidence, clinician training, a data story and after-sales support. All four are part of the distribution package, because a partner who has to build them alone will not hold the category.
Exclusive territory
One partner per market, agreed in writing before signature. No race to the bottom with a second importer undercutting the brand you are building.
Regulatory support
ISO 13485 credentials, biocompatibility reports and the documentation your customs clearance and market access depend on — released under NDA.
Commercial enablement
Academic promotion support, clinical data whitepapers and market-specific marketing material — adapted to your language rather than dropped in from a global deck.
Certified supply
Sensors ship from an ISO 13485 cleanroom line with full lot traceability and 100% functional screening before release.
Clinical story
MARD < 8.3% across glycemic ranges, multi-site accuracy studies, AGP reporting for clinic visits — the evidence your clinicians will ask for.
After-sales backing
Named contacts, defined response times, spare parts from stock and quarterly business reviews with the regional team.

From first call to first sensor.

What we look for
- Existing relationships with endocrinologists, clinics or pharmacy chains
- A regulatory affairs capability, or a partner who provides one
- Cold-chain and consignment experience for diagnostic products
- Willingness to invest in clinician education, not just stock
Prefer your own brand?
Distribution puts the Verid Bio brand in your market. If you want the product under your own label, look at OEM — or SKD if you intend to manufacture locally.

Distribution questions, answered.
Is the territory really exclusive?
Yes, per market and agreed in writing before signature. Exclusivity is normally tied to agreed annual volumes and a launch plan, so it is protected rather than nominal — and it is reviewed at the quarterly business review rather than left to drift.
Who holds the registration in our market?
Verid Bio holds the product registration, and we support your local market access with dossiers, labelling and regulatory liaison. If you need the registration in your own name as local manufacturer, that is the SKD model rather than distribution.
Do we have to buy stock up front?
The first order is normally a launch quantity sized to your market plan, not an annual commitment. Consignment and replenishment terms are part of the commercial discussion once the launch plan is agreed.
What marketing support is included?
Clinical data whitepapers, academic promotion support, congress material and market-specific collateral in your language. We do not hand over a global deck and leave you to translate it.
Can we sell under our own brand instead?
That is OEM or SKD, not distribution. Many partners run both: the Verid Bio brand for one channel and a private label for another. We will structure the territory so the two do not compete.
We already distribute a competitor's CGM. Is that a problem?
Not automatically — a portfolio is normal in this category. What matters is that the launch plan is real and the territory is not being warehoused. That is a conversation on the first call, not a disqualification.
One partner. One market.
Tell us your country, your channel and your clinical relationships. If the territory is open, you will hear from the regional team within three business days.
